High-profile lives do not stay in one place, and neither do the risks around them. OPPS provides VIP protection services across Maryland, Virginia, and Delaware for executives, celebrities, dignitaries, and anyone whose visibility creates exposure. Our close protection officers come from law enforcement and military backgrounds, where reading a room, a crowd, or a street was the job every day.
Good protection is invisible to everyone except the person being protected. Your routine continues, your privacy stays intact, and the people around you notice nothing except that everything went smoothly.
Anyone can stand next to a client. The craft is in advance work: knowing the venue before arrival, mapping exits before they are needed, and spotting the problem while it is still forming. Our officers are trained to protect without turning your presence into a spectacle.
Our protective teams are built from former and current law enforcement and military personnel who have worked real protective details, not classroom simulations. When your safety depends on judgment under pressure, that history is the qualification that matters.
Every protective engagement begins before the first day of coverage.
We conduct a threat assessment specific to you: your public profile, travel patterns, residences, workplaces, known concerns, and upcoming commitments. From that picture we build the detail: how many officers, armed or low-profile, vehicle movements, venue advances, and emergency protocols.
Then the plan goes live, and it keeps adapting. A new headline, a schedule change, an unfamiliar venue- coverage adjusts in real time because the team managing it has done this work for over 18 years.
Operational Police Protective Services
Day-to-day protective coverage built around your actual routine: commutes, appearances, travel, and private time. Our personal bodyguard services keep you safe without keeping you confined.
Corporate leaders face risks tied to their company’s profile, not just their own. Our executive protection services cover secure travel, office protection, and 24/7 monitoring for executives and their families.
Recognition brings crowds, and crowds bring unpredictability. Our celebrity security services manage fan interactions, appearances, and movement through public spaces while protecting the image you have built.
Galas, fundraisers, premieres, and private gatherings where the guest list itself is the security challenge. We handle access control, guest screening, and protective coverage that blends into the event.
Trained security drivers, route planning, and vehicle advances for the most exposed part of any protective picture: the time in transit.
Every detail is preceded by threat analysis and backed by officers trained to respond to medical emergencies and security incidents with speed and composure.
Protect your people, property, and operations with highly trained armed security professionals.
Protection at this level is a relationship, not a transaction. Our clients keep us because the details run clean, the officers stay professional, and their private lives stay private.
